We Believe LARPing Can Create A Better World
“Sometimes I’m even capable of weirder, more ridiculous ideas, such the possibility of a happy ending.” ~ Sir Terry Pratchett
We believe that fantasy is more than just an escape from the harsh realities of our world; it is actually practice for building a better world – especially when we can live and act within the fantasy. MirrorSight is, in part an exploration of what a better world might look like. We look forward to creating it with you!
Chris Williams
He/HIm
Owner
Chris came to LARPing later in life than many, having joined the monster camp of Fables of Fenorra around 2016, and eventually becoming a member of the plot team, where he quickly found an affinity for weaving players’ stories into the wider narrative. When Fables began to plan moving to Accelerant rules, Chris visited his local lightest-touch game, Numina, and was immediately and forever hooked on both player and staff sides of LARPing.

Jenn ferragut
he/She
Director
Jenn was introduced to LARPing at 16, when his aunt and uncle “kidnapped” him for a two-week summer vacation that ended in a LARP campout. Already an avid reader and writer, he took to LARPing like he was born for it. While MirrorSight is Jenn’s first time staffing a LARP, she has years of experience writing for, fascilitating, and playing in other people’s games. Jenn is bigender, polyamorous, pansexual, and third generation Cuban-American.

Alyx bragg
She/her
player liason
Alyx got into LARPing way too late in her life, being invited by a friend of a new friend and then showing up to a terrifying weekend event knowing no one else there. By the end of the week, she knew it was LARP for life. MirrorSight will be Alyx’s first time as staff for a LARP, but she has nearly 10 years of experience as a Dungeon Master for D&D in both private campaigns and large-scale (100+ players) West-March games, has NPC’d in other LARPs, and enjoys looking up LARPs around the world for inspiration and amusement. Alyx is demi panromantic, demi-ace, and mixed American.

Ashe Darosh
he/him
tech designer
Ashe is a mysterious being that started Boffer LARPing because he met a guy from New England who said it would be fun. LARP is now a family activity for Ashe and his polycule. He is one of those annoying people that has way too many skillsets and also not enough time to do anything serious with any of them. MirrorSight is his first real staffing role; however, he’s run logistics for way too many organizations over the years so “what’s the worst that could happen!”. Ashe is a chaos gremlin at heart and delights in taking people’s expectations and turning them upside down.

Maryska connolly
she/her
Contributing writer
Maryska has been LARPing for 25+ years. She has been in love with acting and storytelling since her parents sent her to acting camp at seven to get a couple of weeks of peace and quiet (spoiler: it didn’t work). She uses her theater and LARP hobbies as a justification for hording excessive amounts of costuming, weapons, and crafting supplies to this day. She tries to embrace the concept of “play to lift” in all aspects of her life. Maryska is bisexual, polyamorous, demisexual, and a dual national.
